Hello, food freedom fighters!
Here’s what we got for you this week:

A dose of cute snouts, our mission explained, friendly greets, and of course, creamy goodness.

You may be wondering…

why milk?

When our food’s biome has been eradicated with pesticides, saturated with fertilizers, and taken from the hands of poorly-paid farmers, there’s no soul to it. It is dead.

So, the foods you are eating are dead.

No active enzymes on it, no good bacteria colonizing it. We get fiber, sure. And vitamins, yeah. But food without a healthy biome is not making your biome healthy.

Imagine what that does to your health.

So we thought to bring you the most alive food we know: free, raw milk.

With up to 20 different types of beneficial bacteria and up to 70 active enzymes that support functions ranging from decreased inflammation to increased energy, your body will never feel more alive.

And the best part, if farm-fresh milk scares you, you don’t have to drink it raw for the benefits! You can lightly boil it if you so wish, but still rejoice in the soul behind a product that nourishes local economies, protects the Earth with regenerative farming, and fills your mouth with its distinct creaminess.

(Although, we believe raw is law when sourced well…)

free milk?

Our milk is free, as in freedom.

The farmers we support (yes support, as we don’t take from their sales by default!) can healthily profit from their work instead of depending on pennies and loans to sustain their livelihoods. The animals and the land are tended by them, not destroyed by a corporation who cares about profit more than the beings under its care.

Farmers are struggling. So are our bodies.

Let’s drink milk that positively impacts our biome, our planet, and our community.

Let’s free milk.

Animal Spotlight

Give Goats a Chance!

Sunshine licking her lips before being milked.

Sunshine might be the brightest goat we know. She is smart enough to sneak into the barn just when your hands are full and eat as much chicken feed as she can.
Sunshine is the first in line to get milked, but not because she is disciplined, but because she just wants snacks! She drools until her alfalfa is poured, and stomps when she wants more.

Sunshine might be our favorite troublemaker.
